Upon discovering the tie pin was no longer in stock I refunded your order immediately and notified you of this at the time.
I then emailed you twice to let you know that the tie pin was no longer available and offered you a 20% discount on any order, should you wish to choose an alternative.
I am very sorry to hear that you did not receive these emails as we work very hard to look after our customers. I would maybe look to see if they are in your spam folder.
